In-house training

We provide training for various professional qualifications. The requirement is an intermediate or higher school-leaving certificate.

Internships and study theses

With our GABLER Campus programme, we offer students internships and jobs for study, Bachelor or Master theses.

School mentoring

To promote the interest of young people in technical professions, GABLER Thermoform takes over the mentoring of several schools in Lübeck.

Trained warehouse clerk for warehouse logistics (m/f/d) – 3-year training
Industrial management assistant (m/f/d) – 3-year training
Industrial mechanic (m/f/d), specialism: mechanical and systems engineering – 3½-year training
Electronic technician for operating technology (m/f/d) – 3½-year training

For all vocational training, an intermediate school-leaving certificate or higher is required. The length of training can be reduced on account of individual accomplishments.

There is a great demand for upcoming talents in technical professions. To promote their qualifications and accompany their initial practical experience, GABLER has laid a basis for practice-oriented studies. In addition, we maintain close contact to specialised colleges and universities. This is how we also extend our own knowledge and improve the chances of recruiting upcoming talents for GABLER.

In the context of GABLER Campus, we offer to students internships and jobs for their study, Bachelor or Master theses. Under the guidance of our experienced constructors, developers and engineers, young engineers, for instance, obtain the chance to enjoy practice-related entry into professional life.

We want to encourage young people's understanding of economic contexts and inspire interest in technical professions or study courses. More than just studying

GABLER Campus

The term GABLER Campus means the spatial extent of internships and study, Bachelor and Master thesis positions and the organisation of all activities linked to these. These include the close cooperation between GABLER Innovation Forum, the GABLER construction department and advisors at colleges and universities. This cooperation ensures that we not only recognise developments at an early stage and implement these, but are also able to help shape them.

We offer students demanding themes from our specific knowledge for their theses and internships, but also jobs for study, Bachelor and Master theses. Apart from this, we provide specialised or scientific guidance as well to integrate them in our working world. Students not living locally and integrated at GABLER are offered low-cost accommodation.
