CheckmyGTF stands for efficiency and fast support. Our experts access the machine control system in real time via the Internet by using the compact and advanced Astaro Red Box technology. This enables prompt and efficient adjustment and optimization of your systems. For added convenience, our innovative hardware is already integrated into all new machines and can also be easily retrofitted to existing systems.
CheckmyGTF also complies with industry-standard security standards, including DIN ISO/IEC 27001:2013, 27017:2015 and 27018:2014, to ensure the highest possible level of protection for your data.
In addition, we offer you 20 hours of priority support per year free of charge. This way, you can be sure that your concerns will be dealt with quickly and efficiently.
The dashboard provides an overview of all connected machines, sorted by type and region and their current status. The order data from the current process and the items produced in the current week are also clearly displayed.
Here you can see the machine status of the last 24 hours. Among other things, machine stops, maintenance and production are displayed with exact times. This means that recurring faults can be quickly identified and downtimes after faults can be analyzed and reduced.
In this view, users can view jobs for a selected machine and a specific tool within a defined time frame. It clearly displays several jobs and the associated time and sheet consumption, including the times for production faults, maintenance and downtimes, per job and time period.
In this view, all tools which were used in the selected period are displayed at a glance. The time and sheet consumption of the different jobs can also be compared here.
For the purpose of process analysis, CheckmyGTF enables the display and adjustment of time windows and production cycles. Users receive a clear visualization of the thermoforming process and can quickly identify dependencies and make optimizations by zooming in on the time axis.

CheckmyGTF is already integrated in all new machines and ready for immediate use. You can retrofit the Astaro Red Box to older machines at any time.
